- Macabelli Properties specializes in renovating
luxury homes in Essex County, New Jersey.
- Our philosophy is to take an older home
and restore it to modern appeal. This means that we
try to maintain the character of the home (with respect to
the neighborhood), while transforming the structure to a
clean, appealing, functional property in move-in
condition.

Owners Manual
